The Founder

Dr. Ann Bindra is a nurse leader and consultant with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She has worked in critical care, respiratory, medical, neuro/trauma, cardiac, and surgical/transplant ICUs, as well as in the ER and PACU at various large multi-system health organizations.

Dr. Ann ‘s decision to start Bindralearning stems from two key reasons. Firstly, her specialty lies in developing education programs specifically tailored for nurses. Recognizing the critical role nurses play in patient care, she has observed a significant gap in accessing high-quality educational programs that address their specific needs. This gap not only hinders nurses’ professional development but also limits their ability to provide the best possible care to patients.

Addressing the gap in STEM involves focusing on the inclusivity and accessibility of STEM education for individuals from all backgrounds. Despite the increasing demand for STEM professionals, there are barriers that hinder many people, regardless of their gender, race, or background, from pursuing careers in STEM. These barriers include limited access to quality STEM education, inadequate resources, and disparities in educational opportunities. By recognizing and addressing these challenges, we can work towards providing equal access to STEM education for everyone.

Dr. Ann’s deep understanding of the educational requirements of all students allows her to develop comprehensive and tailored educational programs. This positions her, through Bindralearning, to contribute significantly to filling this gap. Creating a level playing field ensures that individuals from all backgrounds have an equal opportunity to explore and excel in STEM fields. Such inclusivity not only fosters a diverse and talented STEM workforce but also drives innovation and societal progress through the contributions of individuals with varied perspectives and experiences.
